Dr. Owens’ Surgery Day is every Thursday 07:30 –12:00 (Noon)

Patients are scheduled only in the afternoons on Thursdays.

Phone Calls

Our nurses can answer many of your questions and concerns. If our nurses are unable to answer your questions or concerns they will speak with Dr. Owens and return your phone call as soon as possible. If you are currently a patient of Dr. Owens and have a specific question regarding your medical care please call our nurses at (208) 434-8228.

If you are not a current patient, you must first become an established patient before our office can assist you with medical guidance or advise.

  • Non-Urgent Appointments
    • If you need to schedule an appointment, please call (208) 436-4322. You will be scheduled for the next available appointment.
  • Urgent Appointments
    • If you need to be seen for an Urgent/Acute issue please call (208) 436-4322. Please understand when you are worked into our clinic schedule for an Urgent/Acute problem, Dr. Owens will address ONLY the Urgent/Acute issue for which you were scheduled to have evaluated. If your Urgent/Acute issue can’t wait for an appointment, we recommend you go to the nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care Center for evaluation.
  • After-Hours Medical Care
    • In case of an Emergency CALL 911
    • If you need after-hours or weekend medical care, please utilize the Minidoka Medical Clinic Saturday Urgent Care or Minidoka Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.

Making the Initial Appointment

Please go the link New Patient Information Packet and print off the packet and fill out the information completely, including a complete medication list. If you do not have access to a computer and/or printer, you can call (208) 436-4322 and request that a New Patient Information Packet is mailed to your home.

Once your new patient packet is received by our receptionist, you will receive a call and your initial appointment will be scheduled with Dr. Owens.

Follow-up Appointment

A follow-up appointment will be scheduled at the end of each visit and an appointment card will be provided for your convenience.
